The Creator Studio Stem Separator employs a bank of high-order Linkwitz-Riley and state-variable crossover filters executed directly in your browser's WebAudio DSP thread:

• Sub & Bass Stem (< 220 Hz): A 24 dB/octave steep low-pass filter isolates the sub-bass fundamental and kick drum weight without any bleed from guitars or vocals.
• Vocals & Lead Stem (220 Hz – 3,500 Hz): A tuned band-pass filter targeting human formant frequencies and fundamental speech ranges.
• Drums & Transients: A transient envelope follower isolates high-velocity acoustic strikes (snare rim, stick transients) from sustained pads.
• Highs & Cymbals (> 3,500 Hz): A pristine high-pass filter that captures open hi-hat sizzle, ride cymbal decay, and air frequencies.
